Terms of Use

Last updated: July 1, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Think Automata website, THAO platform, and associated services provided by Think Automata (“Think Automata”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using any Think Automata service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are accessing these services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and all references to “you” include that organization.

1. Use of Services

Think Automata grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the THAO platform and associated services solely for your internal business purposes, in accordance with these Terms and any applicable enterprise agreement.

You agree not to:

2. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify Think Automata immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account.

Enterprise accounts are administered by designated administrators within your organization. Think Automata is not liable for actions taken by administrators or users within your organization’s account scope.

3. Enterprise Data

Your organization retains all rights to enterprise data you connect to the THAO platform. Think Automata processes that data solely to provide the services you have configured and authorized. We do not use your enterprise data to train AI models for use by other customers.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of THAO complies with any applicable data protection laws governing the enterprise data you connect, including obtaining necessary consents from data subjects where required.

4. Intellectual Property

The THAO platform, Think Automata website, and all associated technology, models, interfaces, and documentation are the intellectual property of Think Automata and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the services may be used by Think Automata without obligation or compensation.

5. AI-Generated Outputs

THAO generates AI-assisted outputs including answers, summaries, drafts, reports, and recommendations. These outputs are provided for informational and operational assistance purposes. Think Automata does not warrant that AI-generated outputs are complete, accurate, or suitable for any specific purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before relying on them for business decisions, communications, legal matters, financial actions, or any other consequential purpose. THAO’s governance model is designed to support human review — you should use it.

6. Availability and Modifications

Think Automata will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services with reasonable notice where possible.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify enterprise account holders of material changes via email.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Think Automata’s total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Think Automata in the twelve months preceding the claim.

In no event shall Think Automata be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Think Automata is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction, unless a separate enterprise agreement provides otherwise.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms upon written notice if the other party materially breaches any obligation and fails to cure the breach within 30 days of receiving notice. Think Automata may also suspend access immediately if we reasonably believe your use poses a security risk or violates applicable law.
